- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Booked in my pride and joy Porsche Boxster for its first Mot whilst in my ownership.Very disappointed ! Was told by the owner that it would be ready for collection in an hour but advised him that I had to go to the office that day so would arrange to pick the car up after work and get a family member to pick up my keys before they closed. He seemed very put out as he said he needed the parking space! I was told by the receptionist the car was ready in the afternoon and my Mot paperwork and receipt would be left in the car. When i arrived to pick the car up after work it had been parked randomly at the back of the car park under some large trees. I was absolutely livid! The car was covered in tree fallout and birds mess all over it! Im certain this was either a deliberate act or just a total lack of care and consideration on their part for my property. My MOT paperwork was not left in the car and I had to have it collected the following day. If this is how they treat their customers vehicles it makes you think and I for one will never use them again and will advise friends and family to do the same.By Admin, March 26, 2017
